Layl Azlam Establishment (مؤسسة ليل أظلام) is a sole proprietorship registered with the Saudi Ministry of Commerce under Unified National Number 7054761163, with an active commercial registration issued on 09 July 2026. The establishment is based on Al Oqair Street in the Al Safat District of Al Jubail, Eastern Province, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The business was founded on construction and contracting, and has since grown into a genuinely diversified establishment spanning five business divisions: Construction & Contracting, Manpower Supply, Food Processing & Preservation, Transport & Logistics, and Hospitality & Accommodation. Each division is operated to the same standard of safety, transparency, and on-schedule delivery.
Layl Azlam Establishment is owner-managed, meaning every client, supplier, and partner deals directly with the person accountable for the work — Mohammed Hussain Dhafer Alfataih, Founder and Owner.

"When I established Layl Azlam, my goal was simple: to build an establishment that clients across Al Jubail could rely on, whether the work is a construction project, a supply order, a transport job, or a place to stay. Every job we take on carries our name, and I treat that responsibility personally.
We are a young establishment, but we were built with a deliberately broad foundation. I structured it this way so that as one division grows, the others are already in place to support it. My commitment to every client is the same regardless of which service brings us together: honest pricing, clear communication, and work delivered the way it was promised.
